Within this continuum we scientifically work with different methods such as meta-analysis and technology assessment in the following areas: • Forms of health prevention • Drug Consumption • Nutrition behaviour • Attitudes towards health and a healthy way of living • Social strata and health condition • Lifestyle related health care services such as aesthetical operations • Health care utilization • Structure of health care • Evaluation of drug actions • Morbidity prevalence and incidences • Implementation of new diagnosis and therapy approaches • Therapy expectations and therapy satisfaction • Image of pharmaceutical companies • National and international trends in health care and health system We act as experts for the Federal Ministry of Health, the German Institute of Medical Documentation and Information (DIMDI), the Bavarian Ministry of Health as well as numerous pharmaceutical companies. We are not only involved in research but also in teaching. Since 2005 Dr. Korczak has been giving lectures in medical sociology at the Fachhochschule Nordhessen.     to the top
